Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed after 6 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
• During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time (India)

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery time:

• Metro Cities: 5–8 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 7–12 business days
• Remote areas may take up to 14 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping on most products across India.
• If any shipping charges apply, they will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a tracking number via Email/SMS/WhatsApp (if provided).
• Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on eligible orders.
• In case of repeated order cancellations or RTO (Return to Origin), we reserve the right to disable COD for that customer.

6. Delays & Unexpected Issues

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays can happen due to:

• High order volume
• Courier operational issues
• Natural disasters or strikes
• Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

If:
• The address is incorrect, or
• The customer is unavailable at delivery,

The order may be returned to us (RTO). Re-shipping may require additional charges.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package:

• Arrives damaged
• Is marked delivered but not received

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery update at:
